Zohaib Ehsan Textiles has been evaluated and approved by
major Certification bodies for an Integrated Management
System.
The Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Manual
stipulates guidelines, procedures and instructions for
complete monitoring and control at all levels, to ensure the
highest quality standards in our services and materials.
Our system complies fully with the requirements of ISO 9001,
ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 .
Zetex Quality Control Department is responsible for all
aspects of quality, from receiving of material to control of
machining processes, welding, nondestructive testing,
assembly, cleaning, painting, and packaging. This ensures
that all equipment and material shipped out from our
warehouse conform to the International Standards and
requirements of the Customers.
Our advanced ERP system integrates all sections and
activities to guarantee comprehensive coverage of our
procedures and checks to maintain total quality assurance
and quality control over the end product.
Material Test Reports
Our Quality Control Department maintains a library of
Original Manufacturers' Material Test Reports for all
material stocked and handled by Zetex .
We provide full traceability of all MTRs from electronic
files in our computer data base.
